Well i visited with my pastor about Jesus not being a Jew but being Armenian, because Jewish heritage does flow through the mother. He reminded that there is Jewish Heritage and then there is Jewish religion. He did feel Jesus did take the Jewish faith, but agreed about the Armenian heritage. What do you think about our discussion

There are many in the Reformed community who have been saying as much for the past year, more or less. I used to idolize the Jews, thinking a modern day Jew could give more insights to the Bible than any Christian teacher ever could. How wrong I was! It took me learning Jewish and church history to realize modern day Judaism is not equal to ”Old Testament” faith and practice as God instructed the ancient Israelites. All need Jesus!
