I think it was just the day before yesterday that I posted that chapter in John. That little section has always stood out to me, so maybe that’s the answer! 😁 There are the examples of Elijah (taken up in a whirlwind) and Enoch (who it seems didn’t die) in scripture. Perhaps something similar was granted to the disciple who Jesus loved.

John is already the most blessed human ever to live. Which human was closer to God in His human form? So maybe not so surprising if The Lord left behind His most dearly beloved to witness in The End Time. John could say ”Mankind, I lived through all your failed attempts to become better by yourselves, but all you have done, is become more efficient at being wicked! There was, is, and only ever will be one Way. The one I followed through all that time. The Lord. Repent and return to Him now”
