You might get away with it though. Especially if they realise there’s no point claiming copyright. After all none of it will be proper compelling ’news’ by the time the court case is over. The poor things may have to start all over again and write a whole load of new ’news’. Or is it ’Gnews’? Who Gnows? Gnot me, that’s for sure.
